This explains what Blue Ridge Vacations (blueridge.vacations), operated by GOODlife Magazine, collects, how we use it, and your choices.
What we collect
- Visitors: basic usage information such as pages viewed and clicks on listing buttons. If you sign up for deals or our newsletter, your email address and the topics you choose.
- Owners and businesses: your name, email, password (stored securely by our login provider), mailing address and phone number if you give one, plus the listing details and photos you submit.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive your billing status, plan and the last four digits of your card, never your full card number.
How we use it
- To show your listing, run your account, process payments, and send receipts and account emails.
- To review listings and keep the site safe.
- To send deals and newsletters to people who ask for them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
What is public
Your listing content (name, description, photos, rates, features, website or booking link) is public. Your personal contact details and address are private and are not shown on your listing.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site, such as Supabase (database and login), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting) and our email provider, and where the law requires.
Your choices
You can update your listing and contact details from your dashboard. To ask us to delete your account or your information, email [email protected]. Billing records may be kept as required for tax and accounting.
Cookies
We use only what is needed to keep you signed in and to understand how the site is used.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
